New beta version 4.6.5-beta of SerienRecorder

Changes:

If a series from the TV Planner email is not on the series server, it will be automatically searched for in the wishlist.
The broadcast dates and episode list can now also be retrieved for series in the series planner or series/season start view
Column width in Top 30 view corrected
Show unchecked boxes at series marker
For notepad episodes with season 0 no timers were created
'Wait max x days for rerun' is now limited to 28 days
Improved log output
Fixed crash in series/season start view
Bugfix: Despite deactivated option covers are copied to series/season folder

"Alternate series name in EPG" can now search episode name in EPG via #title# (see notes).

Changes:
Line height in timer list view adjusted
The deactivated box IDs are now displayed in an additional line
"Activate new series markers only on this box" did not work correctly
"Wait maximum x days for repeat" was not taken into account when retrieving broadcast dates during timer search
Sorting in the notepad view corrected
Timeout for retrieving TV Planner email reduced to 10 seconds
Possible crash on fast key change in series/season start view intercepted

Notes:
There are series like e.g. "ARD Crime Time" which EPG does not contain the series name at all but the episode name.
Such series could not be found and updated in the EPG until now. Now you can enter the magic keyword #Titel# per series marker at the "Alternative series name in EPG" and the SerienRecorder will search for the episode title from wishlist.

Example:
Wish List = ' ARD Crime Time - S20E01 - Deadly Self-Defense '
EPG = ' Deadly self-defense '

The SeriesRecorder would now search for "Deadly self-defense" and find the show in the EPG
